We are looking for a Salesperson (a Hunter NOT a Gatherer!) for the Motorcycle, Power Sports, Outdoor, Big Box Retailer, Marine, and Automotive channels to join our sales and marketing team to expand the reach of our products.
What the Salesperson Does:
Develops and executes a sales plan for each customer
Opens new distribution partners
Identifies marketing opportunities specific to the accounts
Hires and manages manufacturers’ sales reps where needed

Necessary Skills and Experience
Must have experience selling in the Motorcycle, Power Sports, Marine, Outdoor, Automotive or similar channels (the products themselves and not just services, an important distinction)
Experience selling premium lines/high-end brands
Keen business acumen with ability to be creative to help achieve sales objectives
Proven success in leadership, relationship-building, and relationship management skills
Must have a proven track record of high sales performance, including meeting/exceeding sales goals
High-level communication skills (written/oral) as well as great presentation skills
Travel 70% (Road Warrior)
Desired Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a start-up a big plus!
Knowledge of inner workings of cars, boats, and/or motorcycles helpful, but not required
Telecommuting is allowed.
