We're interested in hiring a NationalSalesManager who is well connected in the Aftermarket Automotive Parts industry and has vast experience in business development of Aftermarket Sales.
We are looking for an individual who is well connected throughout the aftermarket and has vast experience in working with groups such as Pronto, Network, Alliance, and Federated. Relationships and experience with these groups is a requirement. We also require experience in working with the aftermarket retailers.
Creative strategies on how to grow existing sales as well as obtaining new sales is a must. Must have experience in dealing with sales rep agencies. Hard working and passionate attitude.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
Sells products by implementing sales plans; supervising sales reps through the country.
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Implements nationalsalesprograms by developing field sales action plans.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Completes nationalsalesoperational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains nationalsales reps by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains nationalsales reps job results by counseling and disciplining; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
SalesManager Skills and Qualifications: Must have a bachelors degree. Must known Microsoft excel, Power-point, word, and project management software. Must know about budgeting and how to forecast sales with reports to upper staff. Must create Sales Goals and knows how to deal in contract negotiation. Knows how to sell to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing.
