This key Leadership role will report to the CEO and is responsible to develop the Finance Team of 10. Over time the leader will integrate IT and 3rd party solutions providers into a cohesive team to drive synergies enabling Growth and Process Improvement.
The Financial and IT leader will oversee and manage all aspects of financial reporting and Audit. Develop and drive the team for increased financial metrics and analytics for maximum ROI while enabling growth. The individual will be a key business partner to drive growth, member/customer satisfaction, and maximize IT and ERP resources and spend.
Stewardship – Ensuring Business Integrity, Financial Health and Control:
Meet all Audit, Compliance and Regulatory requirements.
Accurate Income Statements, Balance Sheets and Management of Cash and funding, Capital Management.
Improve the Business Plan and Budget Process.
Direct monthly, quarterly, annual reporting and operating reviews.
Business Partner - Driving Profitable Growth:
Leader of ROI, Business Analytics, Trends, Exception Reporting, and Project Post Mortems.
Drive Industry Leadership in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence.
Instill Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement across the enterprise.
Drive the Strategic Planning Process.
IT Solutions Integration
Lead ERP system refinement and upgrades and coordination with CRM.
Manage 3rd Party System Providers and Cost
Lead Alliance and Partnership system synergies
Benchmark to Industry and understand Trends
Develop a robust Project / Program Management Process
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Required, CPA or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of accounting, business or management experience required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with business software required.
At least 5 years of Leadership and Management of Financial Personnel.
Strong IT, Project Management and Lean Six Sigma preferred.
Excellent Financial, Communication and Presentation skills. Overall communication skills required – written, verbal and interpersonal. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers, suppliers, and the general public.
Leading people and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at members, suppliers and the industry. Ability to manage up, down, and across organization.
Strong computer skills including MS Office. Sales Force or CRM system and advanced Excel skills required.
Well-developed organizational and time management skills. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, tactics, and one off request.
