We have an exciting opportunity in our Denver market for a sales professional with automotive industry experience. We are seeking a disciplined sales professional who will contribute to the success and growth of our organization.
As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary focus will be to identify and qualify new customers, close new business opportunities and to increase sales with established customers in your territory.
Continually strive to increase market share; be vigilant to new customer opportunities within assigned sales territory
Sign up new accounts and grow sales within new accounts
Broaden existing customer base by identifying new customers
Solicit referrals from existing customers regarding potential new accounts
Meet or exceed individual performance plan
Successfully promote monthly specials, promotions and value added services
Provide detailed documentation on all customer visits on a daily basis
Educate customers in ways to increase their sales
Work with customers to resolve complaints or direct them to another party for timely and professional resolution.
Work with branch operations to improve customer service and build strong customer relationships
Understands and can demonstrate selling on “feature and benefits” vs price.
Is success oriented, knows how to sell and is a closer.
Is self motivated and demonstrates outgoing, dedicated professionalism
Able to establish and maintain good customer relationships
Has a strong understanding of automotive parts and systems
Is well organized with excellent time management skills
Must be bilingual Spanish
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 to 3 years related experience in the automotive aftermarket or similar industry.
Possess a valid driver's license with no DWI convictions within the past seven years and have no more than one moving violation and/or at-fault accidents in the last three years.
