At Powerteq, our passion is automotive performance. Our team is comprised of talented and hard-working hardware, firmware, and software engineers, and some of the most black magic-possessing calibrators and reverse engineers in the business. We are looking for a mid- to senior-level software engineer that is looking for a coding job not quite like the rest.
Some of the types of web, desktop, and embedded software projects that you will contribute to are:
Embedded software platforms. Our on-dash and hand-held devices communicate with most popular performance cars and trucks, retooling their engine management systems in compliance with EPA regulations to deliver more powerful tuning and other capabilities
Online update software that delivers upgrades and new coverage and content over the Internet to our three brands' product lines
Custom tuning software to enable automotive enthusiasts, perhaps like you, to modify their vehicles' calibrations to unlock additional horsepower and torque
Mission-critical systems. Every job has 'maintenance' and it may not be the most interesting but it’s critical and it helps us have leading edge customer experiences, which we take great pride in.
