This position will be responsible for the Syracuse, NY territory.
Manage assigned larger accounts to achieve top line sales obligations and customer retention
Visit new and existing installers. Cover geographic sales territories, developing and maintaining relationships with customers to drive sales through assigned customers
Support execution of sales plan set by Sales Director
Execute customer retention strategy set by Director Customer Experience
Execute marketing programs and provide input and feedback
Act as day-to-day contact for customers and conduct regular in-person visits
Work hand-in-hand with sales director to support and grow account
Manage changeovers, re-box, relabels, etc. with assistance from the CES team
Process warranties, returns and inventory adjustment to reduce costs in assigned accounts
Use CRM system to track all work and pull necessary reports
Perform other related duties as assigned to help support attainment of company sales targets
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience in sales required; account management experience preferred
Proficient MS Office knowledge especially MS Excel, PowerPoint
Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills
Reasoning abilities and analytical thinking
Must be self-motivated and goal oriented with a proven track record. A “Team Player” attitude is expected.
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills along with the ability to prioritize activities to ensure client satisfaction.
Must execute the results with the proper quality of work and on-time.

Project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects and details in an effective manner consistent with a high quality product
