AccuTune Off-Road is the premier retailer of suspension in the off-road industry by delivering suspension that works as good as it looks. We make trucks, SUV’s and off-road vehicles look better and ride better by retuning each shock in house to meet the customer’s specific needs. Our products provide the best on-road ride and off-road performance.
We are growing quickly and starting to develop our own products. With the growth has come a larger sales team, a new ERP system, and B2B sales in addition to B2C sales. As a result of our growth, we need an experienced inside sales manager to lead the team, drive them to achieve sales goals, identify and follow up on new opportunities, and implement new software and processes.
The ideal candidate is well versed in sales and leadership and is an active off-road enthusiast. A successful candidate will identify and pursue new sales opportunities and will build a pipeline to track and capture those sales. Our sales are made by providing exceptional tech support and customer service, a successful candidate places a lot of value in customer service and is comfortable in low pressure sales and competing on features and benefits and not price. Our customers and employees are off-road enthusiasts and the candidate must also be someone who spends their free time off-roading (industry experience is not required).

Key Responsibility:
Manage sales team, set roles, distribute work, provide mentoring and training, complete performance reviews, in order to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Establish SOP and key performance metrics to evaluate company & employee performance.
Manage installation service and schedule.
Coordinate with leadership team to set sales and customer service goals. Report on progress.
Continuously improve employee training and company procedures to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Ensure all customers have a 5-star experience.
Answer phones, respond to emails in order to sell the products we offer.
Create estimates, sales orders, RMA’s, and associated paperwork in NetSuite.
Approve orders before they are sent to operations for fulfillment.
Manage install bay and shock service schedule.
Be proficient in the sales and service of off-road suspension.
Always represent company in a professional, helpful and friendly manner.
Attend shows.
Preferred Experience & Skills
At least ten years of sales experience.
At least three years of automotive industry experience.
At least five years of experience managing an inside sales team in a similar role.
Familiar with most popular off-road platforms such as Jeeps, Mid-Size & Full-Size Trucks, RockCrawlers, Ultra 4, VW buggies, Desert Prerunners & Race Cars.
Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, persuasive, goals and results driven.
Detail Oriented – Attention to details and accuracy.
Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner. Reacts well under pressure. Follows through on commitments. Keeps a clean and organized work environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; proper grammar and spelling.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; compute rate, ratio and percent; use of whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently prepared and ready to work on time.
Ability to memorize common information such as part numbers, lead times, product features/benefits, sales pitches, etc.

Compensation:
Base Salary: DOE
Bonus: 20% target, based on achieving sales and customer service goals
Health Care: Kaiser Bronze 60 HMO 6300/75 – 100% paid by AccuTune
Silver 70 HMO 2250/55 HMO is available, employee pays difference in cost
Platinum 90 HMO 0/20 HMO is available, employee pays difference in cost
Dental: AccuTune pays 50% of monthly fee, Delta Dental PPO Advantage 400
401K: 3% company contribution to traditional plan (regardless of employee contribution)
No vesting required
Traditional & Roth plans available
Must be 18 years of age, 3 months of service, and 250 hours worked to qualify
Holidays: 7 days per year
Vacation: 13 days, growing at 1 day per year up to 18 days
