ARB is a world leader in the manufacture and distribution of high quality 4x4 and off-road accessories, including; air locking differentials, air compressors, bumpers, suspension systems, roof racks, skid plates, roof top tents, recovery gear, and more.
We are looking to add a motivated individual to our team in the role of Customer Service/Warranty Specialist. A qualified candidate will be comfortable working with customers via phone and email, possess a willingness to learn, and work successfully in a team environment. This is a great opportunity to gain automotive and product knowledge that can be utilized industry wide. This is a full time (M-F), in office position, located in Auburn, WA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Answering 50+ calls daily
Responding to emails in an efficient and professional manner
Frequently reviewing Zendesk inbox for new warranty claims
Providing quick, detailed, responses to warranty claims
Assisting customers with vehicle specific questions
Utilizing critical thinking to provide solutions/suggestions to customers
Working closely with other departments as needed
Other duties as assigned
Experience/Skills:
Automotive industry experience preferred
Knowledge of vehicle drivetrains and various suspension systems
Ability to diagnose defective products
Courteous and helpful phone presence
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of Zendesk and JDE software is a plus
Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
