With a network of over 400 dealers, we are now looking to expand further with a new US sales and distribution hub based in Temecula, Southern California.
Revo is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to service our current dealer network and further grow this with new distributors and sub dealer network. This is a great opportunity to be part of one of the largest after market tuners in the industry, heading up the new project to help build an exciting and flourishing network.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing accounts to maintain and increase sales
Prospect and increase new business
Building and managing relationships with dealer network
Making regular reports on sales performance
Looking for gaps in markets, putting forward sales requests to engineering
Handling customer needs
Setting and meeting sales targets
Assisting distributors to target and manage sub dealers
Attended and participate at trade shows, distributor event and weekend events
Building a team of likeminded individuals to assist in all aspects of the business
Required Qualifications:
Experience in key account management and proven record of cultivating new accounts
CRM management
Able to work independently, and driven to succeed
Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational, operational, reporting, and time management skills
Excellent computer literacy skills in all Microsoft applications and SAGE
Independent administration skills which will include creating detailed report and order entry in SAGE
Valid Driver’s License with Good/Safe Driving Record Required
3 years’ experience in a sales account management
Ability to travel, covering North and South America
Previous experience within the automotive/aftermarket sector
Experience in social media marketing a bonus
This is a full-time, hybrid working role with occasional office visits
This is a key role at an exciting time in the Revo journey as we expand our position in the US. This role demands a driven and enthusiastic individual, able to work with independence. You will be responsible for handling key accounts, providing support, and pushing targets. In addition, you will be actively prospecting for new businesses that fit the Revo brand while continuing to build and maintain the current successful dealer network. With support from the head office in the UK, the successful applicant will also be involved in building a team of like-minded individuals to help with the general running of the US operation, offering expansion and growth within the business.
