The person in this position is responsible for assisting the Director of Product Management, Content Manager(s), and Content Analyst(s) with researching and troubleshooting part and application information. Also, logs the research found into internal databases. Follow the standard process and best practice of part information exchange and gathering Research and log part, application, and competitive information on current and potential categories Troubleshoot existing information on current categories Communicate high quality researched application information to Content Manager(s), and Content Analyst(s) within appropriate time frames This is a remote position.
