Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Overland Vehicle Systems. This full-time role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support and guidance, from initial inquiries through to post-purchase follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers via phone, email, and online platforms, providing timely and helpful responses to inquiries.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert recommendations on products and solutions tailored to customers' overlanding and off-roading needs.
- Sales Generation: Drive sales through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and strategic product recommendations.
- Training & Support: Provide product training to both customers and team members, ensuring they are fully equipped to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Sales Management: Manage customer orders, track sales progress, and report on sales goals and performance.
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other sales team members to optimize customer experiences and sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Passion for overlanding, off-roading, or outdoor adventures is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with CRM tools or sales management software is a plus.
