The Sales and Account Specialist will be responsible for retail and dealer sales cycles of Nostrum High Performance fuel system products (injectors, pumps, and associated parts). This shall include phone/email/social media first contact, prospecting, engagement (qualifying), nurturing, closing, order satisfaction including shipping, and post sales follow-up. The associate will also be responsible for lead management and engagement with customers on social media, email, phone, and website inquiries. As part of order satisfaction, the associate will be responsible for finished goods pack-out and working with operations team members to define product forecasts (production).
