Max Trac Suspension is looking for a full-time front counter sales associate for phone sales, customer service & order processing. Other tasks such as responding to emails and assisting with will call orders will be required. Less frequent tasks will be processing returns, shipping claims, warranties, cleaning and helping out other departments at certain times.
Business hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am to 4:30pm except major holidays
***Max Trac Suspension will be relocating to a larger facility in Corona sometime in the 3rd quarter 2026. Candidates applying for the position must be willing to relocate when the time comes. The new location is where the 91 & 15 freeways meet in Corona***
No experience necessary but the following are a must:
- Detail oriented
- Organized
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment (sense of urgency is very important)
- Patience
- Good communication skills
- Sufficient typing skills
- Experience using emails (Microsoft-Outlook)
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to show up to work on time every day
- Positive outlook and attitude
- Knowledge of vehicles, vehicle applications & suspension
The following are a plus but not required:
- Bilingual
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Previous sales experience
- Experience with Quick Books software
