As a Racing Shock Absorber Designer at AFCO Performance Group, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge shock absorbers for various motorsports applications. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of racing shock absorbers for circle track, drag racing, and road racing applications.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of shock absorbers with other suspension components and systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing shock absorbers, preferably for motorsports or high-performance applications.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or CREO, for 3D modeling and simulation.
- Strong knowledge of suspension systems, dynamics, and mechanical principles.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including CNC machining and materials selection.
- Experience with performance testing and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Passion for motorsports and a desire to contribute to the success of our racing teams and customers.
