 Your mission is to translate automotive passion into measurable market growth, building campaigns, messaging and go-to-market strategies that resonate with builders, restorers and performance enthusiasts.&#xa0; 
 Key responsibilities include: 
 
 Developing and executing integrated marketing and GTM strategies that support revenue and growth objectives 
 Crafting and refining brand messaging and positioning for highly technical, engineered products 
 Creating and managing content across web, email, social, and video platforms 
 Driving digital performance, including website UX, merchandising, conversion optimization, and retention 
 Managing CRM and marketing automation tools to support campaigns, lead flow, and customer lifecycle engagement 
 Analyzing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to guide decisions 
 Supporting product launches with compelling narratives, assets, and coordinated GTM execution 
 Partnering closely with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure alignment from demand generation through fulfillment 
 Representing the Vintage Air brand authentically at industry events and within the automotive enthusiast community 
 This position requires seasonal travel (25-35%), while the majority of work is performed on-site at the primary work location

 What We&#8217;re Looking For (Required Qualifications) 
 
 5+ years of experience in&#xa0; Marketing &#xa0;or marketing-led Sales roles within the automotive manufacturing industry 
 Genuine passion for classic cars, hot rods, or automotive culture 
 Proven success executing&#xa0; multi-channel go-to-market strategies 
 Direct experience&#xa0; marketing automotive performance or engineered products 
 Strong working knowledge of&#xa0; CRM and marketing automation platforms 
 Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills 
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action 
 Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

 Key Responsibilities: 
 
 Coordinate and maintain a comprehensive marketing communications, promotions, and programs calendar. 
 Execute internal and external communications in support of national promotions and marketing programs. 
 Create, post, and manage frequent internal communications via the Extranet (Group-Net). 
 Develop and distribute external communications, including press releases, newsletters, promotional emails, and social media content. 
 Support the promotion and communication of national programs, incentives, and supplier-funded initiatives. 
 Collaborate with manufacturer sponsors and internal stakeholders to fulfill communication and promotional requirements. 
 Prepare media activity, promotion performance, and participation reports. 
 Assist in the planning, coordination, and distribution of marketing and promotional materials.

 Compile and distribute reporting and proof of performance for marketing programs and promotions.

 Qualifications: 
 
 Bachelor&#8217;s degree 
 5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role 
 Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is required. 
 Demonstrated experience managing internal and external communications from conception through completion 
 Proven experience posting on social media platforms 
 Knowledge of email marketing software such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, and similar platforms 
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 
 Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively 
 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of leadership 
 Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail 
 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
